Here is the solution, I figured it out ages ago but I thought I might tell you guys how to do it,
1. When it disconnects, open a new tab.
2. Go to stardoll on the new tab
3. Wait for about, 2 seconds, close the old stardoll tab
4. Your chat should have loaded on the new one!(: Like this;
